Purpose
This portable program reads Future Design PR20 binary data, compatible Excel survey workbooks, and supported autoclave CSV/text exports, then extracts selected readings into CSV files. Processing occurs locally in the browser.
Basic extraction
- Open this HTML file in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Select the equipment type and data format, then load the survey source. Auto-detect recognizes PR20 folders, generic Row 2 Excel workbooks, Sekisui Sumner AC1 CSV, Sekisui Sumner AC2 Excel, Autoclave 3 text data, and Safran AC6 text data. Each autoclave has its own import profile.
- Drag the flash-drive letter, PR20 folder, or one supported survey file onto the data step. You can also select Choose survey data file. Some Windows/browser combinations do not expose a drive icon to webpages; when that happens, open the drive and drag its root contents, DataStore folder, or survey file instead.
- Choose the channels, interval, date and time range, customer, oven, temperature, tolerance, and required continuous time in tolerance. The time defaults to 30 minutes.
- Review the automatically updated CSV preview.
- Select Extract CSV. With multiple temperatures, use Extract This CSV for one file or Export ALL CSVs for every configured extraction.
- To preserve every native recorded row across the full loaded time span, enter the Customer and Equipment, then select Export Raw Data.
Additional temperatures
- Add another temperature from previous data creates another independent settings and preview pair using the survey data already loaded. Customer, oven, and tolerance are copied.
- Add another temperature from new data creates a new folder-selection step plus its own settings and preview. Customer, oven, and tolerance are copied after the new data is loaded.
- Select × Close to remove an added extraction. The final remaining extraction stays available so the program is always ready to use.
Generated filename
The filename begins with the selected start date. Customer, oven, temperature, and tolerance follow when provided, and the start/end time range appears last in 24-hour HHMM format. Filename times contain hours and minutes only; the CSV data retains the original timestamp seconds. Example: 260730_Customer_Oven 10_260 °F_±10 °F_0548-1158.csv.
Program skins
Use the Program Skin selector in the upper-right corner to switch between the atomic-age Data Decoder 5000 appearance and the Industrial Work Utility appearance. The selected skin changes presentation only: it does not alter parsing, calculations, imported files, stored survey information, timestamps, channels, graphs, tables, previews, warnings, or exports. Your selection is remembered on this computer for the next session.
Autoclave TC replacement
When an autoclave data source is loaded, the TC Replacement panel can move readings from a replacement channel into the original TC slot. For example, replace TC16 with TC23 exports and analyzes the readings recorded on TC23 under the TC16 heading. TC23 is removed from the selected output so the replacement is not duplicated. Multiple replacements may be added, and they apply to the table, graph, setpoint suggestions, tolerance checks, overshoot analysis, extracted CSV, and raw-data export. The original uploaded data is never modified.
Raw data export
Export Raw Data writes every native recorded row from the loaded source without applying the extraction interval or the entered start/end range. It uses the currently selected channels. Customer and Equipment are required because both identify the raw-data filename. The filename includes the complete recorded date and time range in YYMMDD-YYMMDD_HHMM-HHMM form; filename times contain hours and minutes only, while CSV timestamps retain seconds. Example: Customer_Oven 10_RAW_260915-260916_0807-1213.csv.
Mouseover help
Hold the mouse still over a section, setting box, statistic, or action button for 2 seconds to see its name and a short explanation. The popup disappears as soon as the mouse moves. Keyboard-focus help remains available.
Table and graph preview
After survey data loads, the review area suggests probable survey test points found from stable temperature plateaus. If the uploaded source contains more than one date, the program first asks which survey date to analyze and does not calculate suggestions until that date is confirmed. Stability is evaluated using elapsed-time windows rather than a fixed number of records, so high-frequency PR20 data and slower autoclave data are evaluated consistently. Setpoint analysis does not begin until every selected channel is reporting a valid temperature, and only fully populated selected-channel records count toward baseline, ramp, or stability detection. Robust filtering reduces the effect of brief PR20 noise without hiding a sustained ramp or departure from a test point. The first extraction begins at the first sustained 10 °F rise above idle to include the active ramp; later extractions begin after the previous detected point. Suggested starts and stops all follow the same two-minute cadence: an odd-minute first start produces odd-minute boundaries throughout, while an even-minute first start produces even-minute boundaries. Each suggestion shows the proposed setpoint and extraction start/stop times and asks before applying it. Clicking an applied suggestion again unapplies it and restores the temperature and extraction range that existed before it was applied.
Use the Table and Graph buttons above the CSV Data Preview to switch views. The graph shows the full-tolerance band and a slightly darker half-tolerance band inside it. Full- and half-tolerance results appear as separate pass/fail notifications, so meeting one requirement is displayed independently of the other. When every selected channel remains continuously within either band for the required time, the graph marks that qualifying window and the time the requirement was met. The default is the 30-minute AMS 2750H survey collection period. The graph also uses a red area and red points above the upper limit, channel-colored readings below the band, and gaps for missing Error readings.
Temperature display
For each requested extraction interval, the program selects the actual recorded timestamp closest to the ideal cadence target. This keeps variable-second source data as close as possible to the requested interval instead of advancing by row count.
After data loads, any incomplete field needed to use every applicable feature is highlighted red and marked Needed. The red state clears as soon as the value is completed. Customer and Equipment remain optional for extraction but are highlighted until entered because they are needed for the fully identified generated filename.
Temperatures are written to one decimal place. Missing PR20 values, disconnected Excel thermocouple sentinels at or below −30000, and Excel TC columns that are entirely blank or zero appear as Error. A zero within an otherwise active TC column remains a valid 0.0 reading. When one temperature and tolerance are entered, in-range preview cells are green and readings above the upper limit are red. Full- and half-tolerance duration checks require every selected channel to remain inside the applicable band continuously for the selected time. The half-tolerance result is explicitly identified as uncorrected and requires corrections before the final compliance determination. A possible-overshoot warning appears when any native recorded reading in the selected channels and date/time range exceeds the temperature plus tolerance, including readings between CSV export intervals. The warning states whether an overshoot is included by the selected CSV start time and interval. When the current cadence includes an overshoot, the program checks the other possible start-time offsets using the same interval and suggests the earliest offset that excludes every overshoot, when one exists.
Recognized PR20 structure
DataStore/BatchDataLog/DataLog/YYYYMMDD/P#.dat with matching P#.idx files.
Recognized Excel structure
A single .xlsx workbook whose first worksheet has headers on Row 2, timestamps under TimeDate, and temperature columns named TC1, TC2, and so on.
Autoclave profiles currently supported: Sekisui Sumner Autoclave 1 CSV with PTC columns, Sekisui Sumner Autoclave 2 Excel, Autoclave 3 tab-separated text with a numeric Run Start date, and Safran Autoclave 6 tab-separated text with a long-form Run Date. Nonconsecutive PTC channel numbers are preserved and can be individually selected.
